Sandra M. Embree, D.D.S.
Dr. Embree has been in private practice in Ann Arbor since 1990. In 2002, she moved her practice into a newly designed and technologically advanced facility. The family oriented practice provides preventative, restorative and cosmetic dental care. She and her staff provide a comprehensive team approach to diagnosis and treatment with a special interest in total patient care and the link between oral and systemic health.
Comprehensive clinical patient care is of utmost importance.
Dr. Embree graduated from The University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She completed postdoctoral training in a General Practice Residency at University of Michigan Hospitals Department of Hospital Dentistry. Dr. Embree received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and practiced in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at University of Michigan Mott Children's Hospital prior to her dental school training.

Dr. Embree resides in Ann Arbor with her husband and children. She is actively involved in local community school programs that promote dental health education.

Jill Patient Coordinator Office Manager I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2000 and started working in the dental field with a dental consulting company. I have been working with Dr. Embree since 2002 and absolutely love coming to work. Everyday I enjoy catching up with our current patients as well as meeting our new patients. You will find me doing anything from scheduling your appointments to taking care of your administrative needs. I reconcile all billing and insurance, and play an active role as our office's HIPAA coordinator. |

Kim I have been in the dental field for 5 years working in general practice. I am excited to join Dr. Embree's team and to get to know her patient family. Over the years I have gained knowledge in appointment scheduling and dental insurance needs. I look forward to adding to the exceptional care Dr. Embree and her team provide. |

Jamie Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) I have been with Dr. Embree since 2002 and I really enjoy working in the hygiene field. I graduated from Kellogg Community College in 2000 with an Assoc.of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene and received my Anesthetic license from the Univ. of Michigan in 2003. My desire to be a dental hygienist began when I was about 10 years old, and my major interest is in periodontal therapy. I live in Ann Arbor with my husband and daughter. |

Dawn Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) I graduated from Ferris State University in 1993 with an Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene and I am certified in local anesthesia administration. I have had extensive training in cosmetic dentistry and in periodontal therapy. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene at FSU. I am extremely passionate about oral health and providing patients with current treatment options to have healthy teeth and gums.

Deb Registered Dental Hygienist (CDA, RDH) I started my dental career in 1993 when I received my certificate in Dental Assisting from Washtenaw Community College. I went on to obtain both my CDA and RDA. While I was working at a periodontal office I caught the 'hygiene' bug. I returned to school and graduated from the University of Michigan in 2001 with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. I am also licensed in both local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, along with being an Orofacial Myologist. I have a love of dentistry and a true passion for dental hygiene. I feel very blessed to have a career that I enjoy so much. In my spare time I serve on the PTA board of my sons' school and volunteer time in each of their classrooms. I live in Tecumseh with my husband, our 2 boys and a lab |

Sarah I started working with Dr. Embree in 2004 as a Certified Dental Assistant and have also worked at the front desk as a receptionist. I recently graduated from Oakland Community College where I received my Assoc. in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene Degree as well as my Anesthetic license. I love the field of dentistry and look forward to learning and staying current on the newest trends and technologies that we have here at this office. I live in Dexter with my husband and son. |

Tammi Registered Dental Assistant, (CDA, RDA) I graduated from Ross Medical Center in 1996 as valedictorian of my class and worked as a dental assistant for 9 years. I then went on to teach dental assisting at Everest Institute for 2 years. In 2007 I went back to the clinical aspect of dentistry and completed the dental assisting program at Washtenaw Community College where I obtained my Michigan RDA licensure. I am also a member of the American Dental Assistants Association. I am currently pursuing my associates degree in applied sciences at WCC and plan to attend EMU for my bachelors in occupational education. I live in Canton with my husband, together we have 5 children and 1 granddaughter. I am very pleased to be back as a member of Dr. Embree's innovative and caring team. |

Kathryn Dental Assistant I graduated at the top of my class from Ross Medical School in 2010 and am certified in Dental Assisting and Radiography. I am a member of the American Dental Assistants Association and look forward to continuing my education to become a registered dental assistant. I live in Ann Arbor and have one son. I am very happy to be working with such an amazing team. |
